1. Who we are
BoujeePhoto is a done‑for‑you short‑form video production service based in Kampala, Uganda. We plan, shoot, edit, and post a month of short‑form video content for Ugandan businesses. Our service is a professional production and posting service — not a course, not a community, and not a membership.
We serve business clients who want consistent, high‑quality video content without the hassle of managing production themselves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding agreement with BoujeePhoto on your own behalf. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
By creating an account or making a payment, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Payments
Clients reserve a filming date by paying a deposit of 200,000 UGX. The deposit is paid securely through Pesapal, which accepts MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard.
If the client proceeds with the full monthly package within 7 days of paying the deposit, that deposit amount is fully credited toward the 900,000 UGX monthly package fee — no second payment is required for that amount.
The monthly package fee is 900,000 UGX. It covers content planning, one organised filming day, shooting, editing (captions, music, branding), and posting to one agreed social platform per month.
All payments are one‑time charges. Nothing is recurring. BoujeePhoto does not store your payment details; Pesapal processes the actual transaction under its own terms and conditions.
4. Cancellation & refunds
BoujeePhoto handles cancellation and refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis through direct negotiation between the client and BoujeePhoto.
There is no fixed refund window, no automatic entitlement to a refund, and no automatic entitlement against one. Each request is assessed individually, taking into account the work already performed and the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. No guarantee of results
BoujeePhoto guarantees the agreed production and posting service: professional content, delivered on time, in accordance with the scope agreed with the client. We do not guarantee view counts, engagement metrics, subscriber growth, sales, or any other business outcome.
Performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, and the client's own promotional efforts. We provide monthly performance reviews to help clients improve, but we cannot and do not promise specific results.
6. Intellectual property
All finished videos delivered to the client — including final edits, captions, music, and branding — are the full property of the client upon delivery. The client owns them outright and may use them for any lawful purpose.
BoujeePhoto does not retain any automatic right to reuse, resell, repost, or publish delivered client content — including for portfolio purposes — without the client's separate, explicit, case‑by‑case permission each time.
7. Third‑party platforms
BoujeePhoto posts content to social platforms chosen by the client (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages or technical issues
- Changes to platform policies or algorithms
- Account actions, including suspensions or terminations
- Content removal or moderation decisions by the platform
All such platforms and their services are governed by their own terms and conditions. BoujeePhoto has no control over them and accepts no liability for their actions.
Similarly, Pesapal processes payments under its own terms. BoujeePhoto is not responsible for any issues arising from Pesapal's payment processing.
8. Data
BoujeePhoto never sells client data to third parties and never shares it for marketing purposes. Client data is used only to:
- Deliver the agreed service
- Process payments through Pesapal
- Communicate about bookings, consultations, and service updates
BoujeePhoto complies with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you share with us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, BoujeePhoto's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services is capped at the total amount you paid to BoujeePhoto in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Ugandan law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
10. Suspension & termination
By BoujeePhoto: We may suspend or terminate an engagement at any time if the client breaches these terms, engages in misuse of the service, or acts in a way that harms our ability to deliver the service. In such cases, the client will receive a prorated refund for any paid but unrendered services, less any work already performed.
By the client: The client may end the engagement at any time by providing written notice to BoujeePhoto. Cancellation and refund policies from Section 4 apply.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, No Guarantee of Results, Data, and Limitation of Liability.
11. Changes to these terms
BoujeePhoto may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice — either by email (if we have your address) or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law & contact
Governing law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
